The deadlines for abstract submission have already passed. You can find the list of accepted presentations here.
Although participation will be open to anyone with a valid registration (workshop-only or full), we strongly invite you to give an informal talk about a relevant topic of your choice, in order to get the most out of the afternoon session. We therefore invite you to submit an abstract (approximately 200 – 300 words) summarizing your talk by June 22 July 20 AoE.
Please use this link to create your submission via EasyChair. Please enter or paste your abstract into the “Abstract” field of the form and specify at least three keywords. That’s it! You may optionally also upload a PDF, but please only use this function if you wish to include an illustration or formatting to help convey your message.
Submissions can include position papers, system demonstrations, summary papers (e.g. on competing technologies) and also tutorial material on any technical aspect related to the topic. Each submission will be reviewed by the Program Committee and the acceptance decisions will be given by July 31.
After conclusion of the workshop, you will be asked to write a 1-2 page paper on your topic for the workshop’s Post-Proceedings, including the insights that you have gained from the workshop itself. The deadline for these papers is planned for October 1 AoE.
We would explicitly like to invite younger members of the community to participate in this informal workshop, as submissions will not be reviewed as rigorously as in the main conference. We also especially invite relevant papers on late-breaking research results, which are too late for submission to the main conference.
